As an already successful Business Development Manager within the FMCG market, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to identify fresh opportunities within large Supermarkets.
You will be managing your own desk, everything from generating your own leads to assist with new business, to managing the accounts of the clients you have previously developed; building a proficient rapport with each them.
You will consistently be performing against set targets to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.
The ideal Business Development Manager will have experience in FMCG, ideally selling to large Supermarkets internationally.
We will also consider selling a product to global retail.
We need a self-motivated new business hunter who is also proficient at growing existing accounts.
The Business Development Manager will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets.
You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.
The offered package for a Business Development Manager is a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000; depending on experience; with an uncapped OTE of £70,000 in your first year.
You will also receive a company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
