I'm recruiting for a fantastic Administrator role based in Uxbridge, perfect for an Administrator with 1-2 years experience looking to develop with a great company within Recruitment.

My client is well known within the Education sector and is looking for an Administrator to join their Recruitment team.

In this role you will be supporting the team, being trained and worked with closely to support your development and progression within the company.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Provide guidance to all clients on recruitment advertising

  • Support the Recruitment Manager with specific senior leadership recruitment campaigns as required

  • Collate and forward hard copy (offline) application forms to schools upon job posting closure

  • Manage recruitment advertising requests and produce application packs

  • Track and follow up applications as appropriate

  • Liaise with the DBS as necessary

  • Process DBS application forms including checking, recording and issuing

  • Provide first level advice and guidance to schools on a wide range of HR and personnel issues

  • Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner and forward or take messages as appropriate

  • Support the activities of the team at all levels as and when required, and particularly during traditionally busy periods of the academic year.
