We work with people who have difficulties due to their autism, their behaviour or their level of disabilities.

If you have experience in providing high quality support to individuals on the autistic spectrum, then we want to hear from you.

We are seeking for a Male staff who is enthusiastic with a good sense of humour and a keen walker.

This role would suit staff with an outgoing and vibrant personality who, enjoys participating in physical activities like swimming, cycling going to art galleries and demonstrates good customer service.

It is important that a positive working relationship is maintained with the customers and their families as you will be working in their family home and uses their initiative to actively seek new activities to involve customers.

As a Support Worker your duties will also include, Key Working, coordinating packages of care and support for individuals.

Excellent communication skills are required as you will be engaging with a wide group of stakeholders ranging from professionals to family members.

It is essential that you are willing to walk, you are a good swimmer and enjoys bike riding.

You should demonstrate knowledge of working with individuals with autism and have more than one year experience of working in the same environment.
