Policy Administrator (9-10 month Maternity Cover)

* Paying between £20-£23k dependant on experience


My fantastic client based in the heart of London are now looking for an experienced and talented administrator to join their team on a 9-10 month maternity cover contract.


Responsibilities of Policy Administrator:



  • Process all individual and group new business applications for medical and travel insurance policies

  • Collect initial premium payments from SecPay

  • Discuss quotations on products and plans on existing policies upon request

  • Respond to daily email enquiries efficiently to maintain working relationships with new and existing customers

  • Maintain and update individual clients records

  • Assist with other projects or duties if and when required


Person Specification & Skills of Policy Administrator:



  • Pervious experience within insurance industry is a preference

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Display excellent professional manner at all times

  • Sound numerical ability and fine attention to detail are essential

  • Must be proactive and flexible approach to workload
