As a Business Development Manager you will be proactively sourcing new business, selling Advertising Space to SME and Corporate Recruitment Companies Nationwide.
You will be responsible for growing any accounts you bring on, maintaining strong client relationships with key decision makers in these sectors to successfully uncover new opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to meet with new business clients, demonstrate and present having the ability to manage the whole sales cycle and maintain profitable growth.
As a Business Development Manager you will be expected to have a demonstrable track record in business development and desire to become increasingly successful (and financially rewarded).
You should have previous experience selling to Recruitment Agencies or working as a Recruitment Consultant, to understand the target market.
You should be extremely polished and well presented as well as being able to communicate with Key Decision Makers within the UK market.
You will ideally have existing contacts from a similar sales role within the same or similar industry and be tenacious with great communication skills.
The Business Development Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary of £25,000-£35,000, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £50,000 plus.
