Business Development Manager - Legal Services - £75k+ ote

As a business development manager / engagement manager you will be responsible for a number of duties in this challenging and diverse role.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop business both within specific logo prospects whilst also managing and developing a number of existing customers within the financial services market place.
You will also be an essential part of the operational team in the London HQ and as such play a part in the interview process for new lawyers and fee earners.
An award winning rapidly expanding business offering range legal services both in terms of projects, insourcing and outsourced services you will have the ability to be able to meet your client's requirements in any situation.
You will have a number of impressive case studies and referral sites to refer to as well as being able to demonstrate a very strong ROI based on their unique offering.
You will be over achieving solution lead sales / account management professional within professional services or legal services.
Ideally you will be someone that can demonstrate a track record of both new business development as well as growing revenue streams from within a range of existing customers through selling to multiple stakeholders across the business.
You will also need to be someone that is highly driven and looking to work in a fast paced organisations that looks for over achievers.
They will also consider lawyers that are looking to make the transition to a more commercially focused business development role.
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £35,000-£50,000 depending on experience and uncapped ote £55,000-£75,000 (1st year) with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
