Business Continuity Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join our client the leading FMCG in the UK, to manage the enhancement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme.Co-ordinate the programme to review and update the Business Impact Analyses, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery and Incident Management Plans,

Support regulatory compliance on the Business Continuity Management processes

To provide effective and value-added business continuity management support to the business to assist to mitigate the Company's risk in this area.

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant previous business continuity management experience and a good understanding of business continuity management programmes

  • BCI Qualification to at least Associate Member

  • Experience in project management and business continuity management (from incident management, business impact analysis, recovery plans and crisis management)

  • High learning agility e.g.

    indicated by degree/equivalent

  • Comfortably deals with concepts and complexity

  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence to both support and challenge at all levels

  • Builds constructive and effective relationships across all levels of the organisation

  • Ability to use sound judgement

  • Manages themselves effectively to get things done, and can work on multiple activities at once to accomplish objectives

  • Personally committed to and actively works to continuously improve themselves

  • Excellent communication both in writing and face to face

  • Uses time effectively and efficiently to manage a broad range of activities
