Business Development Manager - UPS Systems

Salary: 30-55k basic (depending on experience) + bonus/commission structure, car and benefits.

Home based from: Surrey, Middlesex, Essex, London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex etc

My client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) sector.

Main Functions Include:

- Identify new business opportunities and build key customer relationships
- To maximize revenue by developing end user channel to market relationships with key accounts
- Direct customer interface with meetings and presentations and participate in pricing the solution/services
- To be technically and commercially conversant with both the company's and competitors range of products and services
- Using knowledge of the market to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.


Highly motivated sales professional with Uninterruptible Power Supplies(UPS) Market knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Conversant with Microsoft Office
Meeting sales goals
Good organisation and telephone skills


Proven field sales experience is essential
Data Centre infrastructure and environment knowledge preferred
Technical experience - understanding of UPS systems
Customer interface experience at a senior level


Basic £30 - £35k per annum
Commission scheme applicable once permanent employment is confirmed

Working Hours

Monday - Friday / 9:00am - 5:30pm
