A unique opportunity has become available with our client - Pharma leader with US HQ.

For their EU HQs, we are looking for a senior specialist that can help them drive the Customer Engagement Capabilities in the company and design and coordinate the implementation of new customer engagement models.

That is a Global role sitting within their Marketing Operations function that works cross-functionally within Regulatory, Quality, Medical departments.

You will be also managing external stakeholders and vendors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop and coordinate models on how to improve customers`s experience

  • Building a new functional and organizational capabilities within the Customer engagement arena

  • Translating Customer insights into strategies on Global level, liaise with he respective countries

  • In charge of leading the organizational projects for the function

  • Budget responsibilities


  • At least 3 years on a design and planning position

  • At least 7 years in the Pharmaceutical industry

  • International/ Global experience

  • Previous customer/ patients engagement experience

  • Creativity and passion about making things happen

  • Medical/ Scientific background with Marketing/ Commercial focus
