Customer Support Co-ordinator / Customer Services

I'm recruiting for a fantastic Customer Service opportunity with a large client based in Reading.

We are looking for a strong Customer Service Candidate to join a team of 8, heavily involved within order processing so you must be confident using SAP.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;

  • Liaise with internal / external customers via telephone and emails to address quotations, case issues and general enquiries.

  • Manage Customer Support cases in CRM system for processing orders.

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team

  • Process Customer Support orders through to shipment

  • Issue Return Material Authorisation (RMA's) to facilitate customers returning equipment

  • General administrative duties.

To be suitable for this role you will need to be an experienced and confident user of MS Excel, SAP (preferably within the Order Management modules) and Sales Force if possible.

You will also need;

  • Organisation skills

  • Clear communication skills

  • Time management

  • Ability to utilize multiple databases

This is a Monday-Friday role with a 37 hour working week, you can work 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm.
