Business Development - Air Hygiene/Services - £40,000 OTE
An exciting new opportunity has arisen, for an ambitious and tenacious individual, at an established, successful and reputable Water Treatment and Air Services company who are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop new business.

As Business Development Manager you will report to the Sales Director in this all new business role and will be charged with undertaking new sales activities, by generating and following leads (cold calling, telephone appointing, face-to-face meetings and closing) in order to grow the business, selling air services into Industrial and Manufacturing End Users.
Average order values will be in the region of £5,000 - £20,000 and the annual sales target will be up to £250,000.
You will use your knowledge of these services (Kitchen Extract, Duct Work, Local Exhaust Ventilation or LEV, Fire Dampers, Indoor Air Quality Assessments) to develop new and strong relationships with clients across the whole of the UK.
The successful candidate for this Business Development Manager role can be based anywhere in the UK but ideally in the South East of England, will have a proven track record in selling Air Hygiene services and solutions, as well as a good list of clients.
You must be a tenacious and hardworking individual, who is self-motivated and target-driven as this is a new business sales role.
The base salary for this Business Development Manager role will be between £25,000 and £30,000 (depending on experience) with a generous commission scheme bringing OTE to £40,000.
