Home Manager - Uxbridge

A client of mine, a well-established luxury care operator is looking for a Home Manager to work in a brand new Luxury Care home in the Hillingdon area.

The role for home manager will be managing a care home which offers residential care for elderly service users and service users with dementia.

The candidate must have experience managing a similar service.

To be considered for this role candidates must have the following skills and experience:

- Registered Manager experience (does not need to be an RGN)
- Proven track record of good and above CQC reports (proof will be required).
- Commissioning a new home experience.
- Must have been in all recent positions more than 2 yrs.
- Must be within 40mins drive of Uxbridge.

- Have experience in commissioning a care Home
- Reliable and punctual.
- Excellent organisational and practical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent personal hygiene.
- Experience in care of the elderly.

- Professional, understanding, and patient with a warm personality.

- Demonstrates a caring disposition towards others.

- Team player, willing to train and develop colleagues.
- Work well under pressure.
- Ability to perform at the highest level in a trouble shooting manner.
