Home Manager - Rushden

A client of mine, a well-established luxury care operator is looking for a Home Manager to work in a brand new Luxury Care home in the Hillingdon area.
The role for home manager will be managing a care home which offers residential care for elderly service users and service users with dementia.

The candidate must have experience managing a similar service.

To be considered for this role candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant Professional qualification (e.g.

Registered Nurse or NVQ minimum level 3)
- Minimum of three years' experience in residential / nursing home setting of which at least one year must be with people living with dementia
- Awareness of the principles of Person Centred Care Planning
- Full Driving Licence
- IT literate
- Experience of managing staff
