Legal project and administration coordinator

Our client, a global leader, are currently recruiting for a Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing project coordination and admin support to the Legal Department.

You will be responsible for providing project support to the Paralegals, assisting with drafting/amending and producing legal agreements, uploading contracts, raising purchase orders and other tasks as and when required.

Key responsibilities;

  • Meeting arrangements and logistics

  • Departmental administration

  • Upload contracting onto the contract management system

  • Coordinate invoice and purchase order requests

  • Processing expenses

  • Ensure contracts are filed in accordance to the internal archiving requirements

  • Update and improve the Legal Department's section of the Intranet

  • Providing assistance with drafting, amending and producing documents - including legal agreements and letters

Key requirements;

  • Previous experience within a similar position

  • Able to prioritise own workload to meet strict deadlines

  • Experience in working on large - scale projects

  • Previous diary management skills, as well as working within a large team.

  • Confident with MS Office - including PowerPoint and Excel

  • High attention to detail and proactive
