HOSPITALITY MARKETING MANAGER (UK TRAVEL INVOLVED)

SALARY: £27,500 - £32,500

THE OPPORTUNITY


Mt client are an award-winning fast casual restaurant based in the heart of Manchester City Centre and are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our business during an exciting time of growth across the UK.

There will expected to travel and visit other restaurants across the UK.



The ROLE



  • You will be responsible for developing the Annual Marketing Strategy, Calendar and Budget and then deliver against this

  • Working closely with the CEO

  • You will own and develop the company's brand standards and ensure they are delivered consistently

  • Taking full ownership for developing and implementing all national marketing campaigns

  • Working closely with the creative agency to develop brand appropriate artwork for all campaigns, deals, vouchers and menus, and ensuring campaigns are rolled out on time and to budget

  • Taking ownership for all digital and social media activity, including managing all content on the company website and activity on various social media platforms; engagement with our customer database and analysing customer and competitor insight

  • Responsible for working with our stores in effectively managing all customer feedback and complaints, wherever possible turning these into a positive experience / marketing opportunity

  • Maximising the opportunity to work with the teams and leverage store level activity

  • Spending a minimum of two days a week in our stores across the UK

  • Working closely with the Operations Team and Store Management teams to coach and support on all marketing related activity to drive sales

  • Supporting the stores in effective delivery of local events as they arise

  • Opening new stores, working with the Operations and Property teams on store design and store launches


SKILLS REQUIRED



  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry, however this is not essential

  • Multi-site experience would be an advantage

  • But be happy with national weekly travel

  • Have a solid understanding of brand management and digital marketing

  • Experience of delivering marketing plans, working with marketing agencies, managing a marketing budget, and working to deadlines

  • Degree educated (preferably marketing discipline) or equivalent experience in brand marketing roles

  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to prioritise their workload effectively
