Operations Team Leader

Our client the leader in Global Leasing services are recruiting for a Team Leader within their Customer Support function.

The successful candidate will have:

  • exceptional relationship skills to support our internal and external customers - proven experience of dealing with external customers, including complaint handling

  • minimum one - two years' leadership experience including developing and motivating people in a pressurised environment

  • experience of identifying opportunities and driving process improvements

  • the confidence and ability to communicate at all levels

  • Must have Leasing experience
