Customer Service Executive/Account Manager

Do you have strong Client/Customer Service and Account Management experience? I'm recruiting for an exciting Client Services Executive role in High Wycombe, perfect for someone with strong Client/Customer Service experience and ideally Account Management as you will be looking after your own clients.

  • Supporting Clients by telephone, email and face to face on all product and services, or directly through online support services

  • Ensure all support requests are resolved to highest standard and clients' satisfaction in a timely manner

  • Receive and resolve first-line support requests, resolving or referring when needed.

  • Provide Account Management services as specified by the Team Leader to nominated clients

  • Assist in development of support documentation for products

  • Ensure any IT systems used are kept as up-to-date as possible

  • Undertake special projects as required

  • Attend cross-functional meetings and work with other departments as required

  • Maintain a good work ethic and professional attitude at all times.

It would also be beneficial if you are able to speak any other languages, in particular French would be advantageous.

This is a Monday-Friday position and is offering a competitive salary up to £26,000 annually.

You will be office based in High Wycombe but on occasion may be required to visit Clients.
