This award winning highly acclaimed Country House Hotel in the North West are looking for a committed and talented Pastry Chef to join their hardworking and passionate kitchen team.
This luxurious hotel has over 25 imaginative and inspired rooms which exude highly individual character.

The Restaurant is elegant, stylish and sophisticated with views of the garden and distant hills of the beautiful Valley.

The Kitchens have always had deep loyalty to artisan producers and the great larder of Lancashire, with seasonality at its heart.

The menus have a core of flavours that need to be true, dynamic with a blend of modern influences.The ultimate aim is to delight guests with flavours that are memorable, presentation that is sensational and an overall experience that lingers forever.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef to work within our state of the art kitchen.

The successful candidate will be creative and energetic with a great eye for detail and will be working alongside a fantastic professional culinary team.
AsPastry Chefyou should be able to maintain the high standards of this fantastic establishment, and working effectively as part of the team is key.
The successful candidate will:
Have a proven track record as a Pastry Chef, working in a Michelin star Kitchen
Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food
Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a large team
Have the ability to develop a team enhancing the skill level of the brigade
Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team

Experience in AA Rosette/Michelin establishments is essential for this position as having an NVQ level 2&3.
