, Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2)
, Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
, Knowledge of the 5 Lean Manufacturing Principles - Process Flow Analysis, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.
, A Level 2 or 3 qualification in BIT

BIT (Business Improvement Techniques) Assessor : Your experience.

, Occupational background within Engineering, Warehousing or Manufacturing
, Experience of delivering apprenticeships in B.I.T.

, Experience of continuous improvement and the application of Lean Techniques within a business.

, Functional Skills Maths, English, and ICT at Level 2
, Verifier Qualification (IQA, V1, CAVA, EQA, AIQAPP, CLIQAAP, AEQAPP, CLEQAAP)
, Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
, Full UK driving licence and use of own car

BIT (Business Improvement Techniques) Assessor : The role.

, You will be responsible for delivering B.I.T.

qualifications to a group of learners, mostly at Level 2, with a couple at Level 3
, Based at one site in Coventry, you will have a caseload of 30-35 and they will be based in a manufacturing setting, where there are no issues surrounding availability of learners to complete their assessments
, You will be responsible for managing B.I.T.

projects within the organisation
, This is a great opportunity for someone with B.I.T.

experience who wants to work with a fully engaged client
, £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
, 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
