Team Administrator

My client, a leader withing the FMCG industry, are seeking a temporary Team Administrator to start as soon as possible,

Main responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to busy Sales team

  • Prepare and distribute new sampling requests

  • Process all new orders onto SAP

  • Hotel and travel bookings

  • Venue booking and organisation of team meetings

  • Team diary management

The ideal candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running.

You must have a can do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative

This role is to start as soon as possible so please only apply if you are available immediately.

This is a temporary role until the end of the year.
