Accounts Payable Administrator

Part-time position – 16 hours per week – Thursday and Friday

Our clients, a well-established, leading UK mail company, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator you will assist the Accounts Department in the daily administration of the accounting function of the Company.

Key features

- Processing Supplier invoices and Payment
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Bank reconciliations/Petty Cash reconciliations
- Ad Hoc reconciliations

Experience/Knowledge


- Purchase Ledger
- Cashbook
- MS Excell
- Ms Excell with a knowledge of trial balance preferable
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise own workload methodically and with great attention to detail.
