French Technical support in South of Ireland, €21-24K

Company:  Our client is a global leading in Financial Services, supplying a wide range of insurance products.

In Ireland they are specialized in software development and technical support.

Currently they are looking for a French speaker to join their technical support team.

Role: As part of their French helpdesk team, you will support their customer on several IT applications, included Novell, Lots Notes, MS Office and Mainframe.

Your role will involve receiving calls, reporting, identifying problems priority and solving them, adding solutions for frequent problems in a database and relating with your team colleagues.

Skills: This role is suitable for you, if you speak fluent French and English, beside that, you will have got at least 6 months of experience in IT support, troubleshooting and Customer Service environment and you will have took some IT certification, who attests your knowledge about Microsoft and Novell.

 You will have a good telephone manner and you will be sociable, flexible and discerning.
