A great position arisen for an experienced and well presented Personal Assistant for a CEO of a leading pharmaceutical company based in Milan.

My client, a global chemical and pharma firm, is looking for a PA which is going to cover a crucial role in smoothing management's daily activities of the CEO of the company.

The role is unique, in term of responsibility and project you will work on, so far the ideal profile I am looking for, need to be proactive and brilliant.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 8-10 years experience as PA of CEO,

  • Strong administration and organization skills,

  • Good Office Package knowledge,

  • Superb communicational skills,

  • Native English( or Fluent) and good level of Italian
