They are looking for a Pastry Chef who is a strong all rounder, has experience of cooking to volume and using quality fresh produce.
Experience of working in rosette standard properties would be an advantage for this position, as would banqueting experience.
You must be dedicated and passionate about your career, as well as confident in your abilities to lead and teach junior chefs.
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Applicants should have worked at least at Pastry Chef level in a rosette accredited establishment and be a solid all rounder.
Applicants must be well presented and have strong leadership skills as well as country house hotel background.
Must have a stable CV and excellent references.
