This stunning and luxurious Hotel& Restaurant is truly unique with 80 contemporary rooms, 2 championship golf courses, a 2AA Rosette restaurant, various function rooms, 5 Country Lodges, along with Health & Beauty facilities.
As Assistant Manager you must ensure all sales in all departments are achieved according to budget and implement up selling wherever possible to exceed results.
Also, you must be able to make sure all the team is fully aware of targets and organise training, incentive and corrective actions in order to achieve and exceed sales.
Your role will also support all up selling initiatives and events organised from the sales and other departments with a concrete target and interaction with the responsible people and the guest.
You will also be expected to prepare, check and monitor departmental budgets and profit & loss to ensure they are in line with set objectives and meet the service and business needs.As Assistant Manager you must have financial awareness and understanding of how the role impacts on the hotel profit and loss accounts.
In this role you will also be controlling costs, as well as the cost of the beverage with cellar management, control of the sales reports and GP, and have control of wages in line with the revenue and budget ratio.
The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role, must be dedicated and hard working and willing to do what is needed.
