German 1st Level Technical Support, Munich €40k-45k

Company: Our client is a Software Sales company, they are the fastest growing pre-IPO technology company.

Number one in their sector globally, selling critical systems to government departments, established customer base.

They are now recruiting 1st Level Technical Support to work on their latest product in their Munich headquarters. 

Role:

-Responsible for dealing with customers questions regarding the product technology; this is done via telephone, e-mail, web chat, etc

-Co-ordinating the customer needs to the appropriate channels, dealing with all requests from customers and dealers

-Continually meet the high standards of contact management, quality and performance that have been set by the position

Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;

-Excellent communication skills to include fluency in English and German

- Proven customer experience with technical orientation

-12 months experience resolving incidents and enquiries at a high level

- Strong computer user skills
