They are looking to expand the business and bring in someone to maximise new business opportunities.

Generic company duties and responsibilities
, Present a positive image of self and company at all times
, Adhere to FCA regulations and requirements
, Attend company meetings as required, including 1:1 assessments
, Keep up to date with industry developments
, Attain minimum levels of competency as set by your line manager in your personal development plan
, Any other tasks and duties that may be reasonably required from time to time to assist in the running of the company
, Undertake and achieve minimum required level for regular in-house testing

Main job specific duties and responsibilities
New Sales:
, Create and identify new leads and sources of referral
Outbound cold calls to Companies with the purpose of arranging high quality appointments' for Advisers.

You will be making circa 150 calls a day with a view to converting about 85 appointments per week.
, Cross-sell from the range of UK based complementary products
, Ongoing and self-motivated learning on existing and new products entering the market

, Set up new client record on in-house system for all successful sales
, Keeping client updated on sales journey

, At least one to two years' experience of telemarketing including lead generation and conversion
, Excellent telephone manner
, Good written English
, Experience working as part of a small team reporting
, Further education (diploma, degree) advantageous
, Other qualifications as may be necessary
, Full UK Driving Licence

, High level of interpersonal skills
, Communication skills - articulate, ability to communicate with people at various levels, over the telephone and in writing
, Planning, organisational and time management skills
, Problem solving
, Computer literate and thorough understanding of Company software
, High quality written skills
, Sales - converting enquiries into new business
