The role:
As business development manager your main responsibilities will be generating new leads, chasing these leads and closing deals in order to grow profitable revenues for the company.

You will also be in charge of manging accounts and building relationships with clients.

You will be targeting SME and corporate sized companies within a variety of different industries to offer fleet and asset vehicle tracking services.

The candidate:
The successful business development manager will be a vibrant and self-motivated individual who can work under pressure to meet and exceed their sales targets, a hunger and drive to succeed is key.

Direct sales experience is a must and vehicle tracking experience is also desired.

The Business development manager will need a strong work ethic, resilience, tenacity and a positive attitude.

You will also have to be personable and have good relationship building skills.

The package:
As business development manager you will be offered a basic salary of £30k-£40k depending on experience and a strong commission structure with an OTE of £55k.
