Sales Support Administrator

LH Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our well established client in Rossendale on a 6 month contract.

Working within the busy Commercial Operations team you will be responsible for providing administrative support on a number of mail order accounts.

The roll will consist of but will not be limited to:

, Setting up of new products on various systems
, Sales reporting
, Preparing and processing credit notes
, Updating stock availability reports
, Prepping and sending samples to customers
, Data entry
, Attending customer meetings on and off site, as and when required.

You must have the following to be considered for the role:

, Excel to a very good standard - can do V look ups and comfortable work with formulas
, Excellent customer service skills
, Dealt with clients both face to face and over the phone
, Good attention to detail
, Demonstrable experience in working to deadlines independently

Hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00 pm, with 1 hour lunch break.

Salary is £16,000 per annum.
