Recruitment Consultant

You are an articulate and business savvy individual that can learn and apply a proven and highly successful sales formula to help build successful B2B sales teams.

CN Sales Recruitment provide specialised recruitment services to Sales Directors of some of London's best known and up and coming businesses.

You will learn and apply a very structured and systematic sales approach to solving complex sales recruitment problems.

These systems are adaptable and will give you the ability to streamline and adapt them to your own personal style to be able to earn and learn in a team based environment.

You will be joining a group of recruitment specialists that work closely together and share information project tasks.

You would be working on highly specialised assignments, over time becoming a subject matter expert in your chosen area of sales recruitment.

Client interaction on a regular basis including client site visits, candidate briefings, post placement lunches and social functions will form part of your working week.

You are a bright, inquisitive and emotionally intelligent sales person that can work in a high energy sales environment.

We train our Associates to run their desk as if it were their own business and so need you to have longer term career aspirations to be a commercial manager, business owner, sales director or managing director in the future.
