CRM COORDINATOR

Daily Duties include:



  • Reporting on KPIs relevant to current campaigns

  • Analysing game performance per unique Market, Product and Platform

  • Monitoring customer behaviour and tracking trends

  • Producing campaign plans to drive the retention strategy from brief stage to post analysis

  • Analysing customer contact; communications and channels

  • Competitor Analysis

  • Recommending updates for the campaign and communications roadmap

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure campaigns are completed to a high standard and within time constraints
