Medical Coordinator

Our client, a global leader, are currently recruiting for a Medical Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing project coordination and admin support to the Medical Department.

You will be responsible for supporting with events management and project coordination, processing expenses, overview and management for archiving, coordinating travel and logistics for meetings, as well as ensuring compliance with UK Regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities;

  • Meeting arrangements and logistics

  • Departmental administration

  • Manage grant requests, sponsorships and donations

  • Coordinate invoice and purchase order requests

  • Processing expenses

  • Overview and Management of the electronic Archiving System

  • Ensure items needing approval for compliance are managed and processed through ZINC

  • Putting contracts and agreements in place for the Medical Team.

  • Book colleagues onto courses/seminars

  • Comply with all UK Regulatory guidelines and company SOPs

Key requirements;

  • Previous experience within a similar position

  • Able to prioritise own workload to meet strict deadlines

  • Previous diary management skills, as well as working within a large team.

  • Confident with MS Office - including PowerPoint and Excel

  • High attention to detail and proactive

  • Familiarity with ZINC and SAP is desirable
