Administration Assistant

White Knight Recruitment are currently working in Partnership within a NHS Trust based in Southampton.

We are looking for a Administration Assistant to work full time on a ongoing basis.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high quality administrative support services, working efficiently following agreed systems and processes.

You will also ensure security and accessibility of relevant information and documentation and help underpin the smooth running of the team.

With an excellent customer care skills, you will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational, IT and administration skills.

Together with strong communication skills, you will also have attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

You will be approachable and welcoming to service users and visitors in all settings.

Previous experience within an NHS Trust is highly desirable.
