As Successful Collections / Recoveries Claims Handler your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the operational departments within the organisation

  • Handling workloads

  • Investigating every claim and performing verification of the facts

  • Coordinating with the claims team, claim recovery department and parties
