Customer Service Manager

Customer Service Manager - Aldermaston - £35-40,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Benefits

My client is an established provider of facilities services and is looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering a high quality service by managing the Helpdesk, Planning and Business Support teams, maintaining a close working relationship with the management team, and driving customer satisfaction.



This is a role with a broad set of responsibilities and would suit a highly flexible and astute manager with excellent administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills and who has a professional and polished appearance.



You should also have experience of business improvement, change management and have a strong background in customer service related environments.



Working a 9 day fortnight - Week 1, Mon - Fri & Week 2, Mon - Thurs between 8am - 5pm

You should also be able to confidently deliver presentations and communicate effectively at all levels from Engineer to Director and possess a valid driving licence.



Lean Sigma Six training would be highly desirable.
