Part-Time Office Administrator

We work in core markets within construction the construction sector.
We are growing and looking to hire a part-time office Administrator.
Working Hours 9:30-15:30 Tuesdays / 9:30-13:30 Fridays
- Timesheet data entry
- Typing of correspondence, reports and specifications
- Document Control
- Review incoming post, prioritise, delegate and/or action as necessary
- Filter telephone calls and action/delegate where appropriate
- Initiate and maintain filing systems.
- Maintain holiday chart and sickness records
- Generate and produce appropriate sections of weekly and monthly Management and Board reports.
- Organise meetings
- Ordering and administering of stationery
- Good written and spoken English
- Good organisational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience within online systems advantageous
- Experience of working within a recruitment environment advantageous
Previous experience working for a construction company
