Part-Time Office Administrator

The Just Group is a leading UK recruitment company.

We work in core markets within construction the construction sector.

We are growing and looking to hire a part-time office Administrator.

Working Hours 9:30-15:30 Tuesdays / 9:30-13:30 Fridays

The Role

  • Timesheet data entry

  • Typing of correspondence, reports and specifications

  • Document Control

  • Review incoming post, prioritise, delegate and/or action as necessary

  • Filter telephone calls and action/delegate where appropriate

  • Initiate and maintain filing systems.

  • Maintain holiday chart and sickness records

  • Generate and produce appropriate sections of weekly and monthly Management and Board reports.

  • Organise meetings

  • Ordering and administering of stationery

Candidate Profile:

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Good organisational skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Experience within online systems advantageous

  • Experience of working within a recruitment environment advantageous

Previous experience working for a construction company
