Introduction


FPSG's client is a professional service provider within the Hospitality and Leisure industry.

They are expanding their Sales Team, providing expertise and value to both clients and customers, offering tailored packages and solutions.


You will be working shifts between 9am to 7pm, 40 hours per week.


Role Responsibilities


As Telesales Agent your responsibilities will include:



  • Achieving agreed sales targets through consistent quality service and delivery of excellent customer service

  • Gaining in-depth product knowledge of all products, through learning and experience

  • Using product knowledge to identify sales opportunities and close sales

  • Consistently providing a professional service that exceeds customer expectations

  • Taking calls from general public, advising and assisting them with unique requirements

  • Taking responsibilities for personal development, seeking feedback and acting upon it

  • Being an effective team member and pro-actively contributing, encouraging and assisting team members

  • Ensuring ones work is fully accurate and to a high standard at all times


Person Specification


As a successful Telesales Agent, you will have:



  • The ability and desire to exceed set sales targets - results orientated

  • Clear and effective telephone manner

  • Able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A great attitude and be a team player
