The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your specialist skills, selling Earthmoving Equipment to Plant Hire, Dealers, Agriculture and more.

Your focus will be to manage an existing base of clients, growing opportunities with each client.

You will always be required to source new business, generate your own leads to source potential business.

You will be performing against set KPI's and targets, to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The Business Development Manager will need to have experience within Earthmoving Machines and would ideally have sold to Plant Hire, Dealers and Agriculture.

You will need a consultative approach, with sales cycles lasting up to 6 months, as well as being a hunter for seeking new business.

All accounts will be inherited from day one.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets.

You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.



The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Manager is a base salary of £50,000- £70,000 with an uncapped OTE of £90,000 in your first year.

You will also receive a company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
