Our client based near Manchester is currently looking for a skilled Senior Support Engineer.

Their global support team has an ambitious drive towards success and now due to their rapid growth they are looking to expand the team even further.
Responsibilities
, Provide Technical Support for high priority, escalated and complex support issues.
, Ensure all major issues are managed appropriately and effectively
, Mentoring and sharing knowledge with the support team
, Assign priority to incidents in accordance to impact and urgency definitions
, Resolve faults accurately and in a timely manner
, Responsible for customer communications.

Ensure actions taken are completed and documented

Essential:
, Strong Technical Support skills
, Experience of handling high priority incident resolution
, Keen attention to detail
, Problem solving - considering both traditional and innovative options
, Team focus
, Microsoft SQL Server Certification
