Our client based in South Manchester is currently looking for a skilled Escalation Support Engineer.

, Provide Technical Support for high priority, escalated and complex support issues.

, Ensure all major issues are managed appropriately and effectively
, Mentoring and sharing knowledge with the support team
, Assign priority to incidents in accordance to impact and urgency definitions
, Resolve faults accurately and in a timely manner
, Responsible for customer communications.

Ensure actions taken are completed and documented
