Sales Administrator (part time / reduced hours)

Our Client is a manufacturing company based in Malta.

They are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

The position is part-time and the employer offers flexible hours.

The successful candidate will be given training.

Key Responsibilities

Reconciliation of remittances attached with client payments

Posting of C/N

Posting and monitoring the inventory module

Monitoring and supporting in improving all company internal controls and other procedures both at factory and administration levels

Requirements

Experience in a similar position is desirable

Experience with Accounts would be considered as an asset

Ability to multi-task while also working with precision and accuracy;

Good time and deadline management

Competency in the use of the standard office tools and strong administrative skills

Being a team player and ability to supervise

Excellent oral and written communication skills
