Customer Support & Sales Agent

Our client is a leading online gaming company.

They try to develop and manage leading cutting-edge digital gaming brands and always excel in providing customers with the ultimate digital gaming experience and first class customer service.

They are currently looking for a Customer Support & Sales Agent to join their team in Malta.

The successful candidate will directly report to the Customer Support & Sales team Leader.

Is it a full-time position, on a shift basis (mornings/evenings) Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Providing information to the customers

Responding to inquiries about products and services

Assisting customers with opening accounts

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a similar role

Native or fluent in Swedish / Finnish / Norwegian or German

Excellent command of English in writing, reading and speaking

Excellent communication skills

Commitment to always provide an outstanding customer service
