Training Manager

Our client is a leading online gaming company.

They try to develop and manage leading cutting-edge digital gaming brands and always excel in providing customers with the ultimate digital gaming experience and first class customer service.

They are currently looking for a Training Manager to join their team in Malta.

The successful candidate will directly report to the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Developing, implementing and monitor training programs within an organisation

Supervising the training of staff

Conducting the orientation sessions

Creating and developing the training materials and presentations

Preparing and implementing the training budget

Evaluating needs of the company and planning the training programs accordingly

Providing the performance feedback the leadership development instructions

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

Former experience in the gaming industry is a must

Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels motivate others and change people's attitude when necessary

Excellent written and spoken English language skills

Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage training schedules

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
