Travel Customer service Executive

Travel Customer Service Excutive, working for a growing travel company based Nr Warrington.

Are you looking to get out of sales but stay in travel, working for a leading name in the industry? Do you enjoy resolving customer issues? Can you turn a complaint into a compliment?! If you have a solid background in travel and experience of customer service, this could be just what you are looking for! A leading travel company is keen to recruit a Customer Service Consultant to join this buzzing, lively team, based in Nr Warrington.

- Managing pre- departure bookings via InHouse systems
- Managing all cancellations and booking changes.
- Managing all pre - departure special requests
- Supporting the admin and sales department
- Assist and solve problems when clients are on holiday.
- Deal effectively with complaints, resolving the customers query.

Do you have a friendly telephone manner and are able to excel in delivering good customer service? Are you a Confident, positive individual who works well in pressure? The ideal candidate will need to be able to work within a team and use there initiative to work under pressure.

Whether you are currently in travel or have worked in travel this is an excellent role and company to work for.

Ideally you will have experience in Cruise lines Terms and Conditions.

You will be offered an excellent basic salary which will be dependent on experience.
