Job Title: Part Time Office Administrator

Hours: Office hours are: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 1.00pm However this role is 25 hours per week, our client is flexible for it to be school hours or full days.

Salary: £7.50 - £8.00 per hour

Location: Stoke on Trent

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Sales Order processing experience an advantage

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages essential (primarily Word, Outlook and Excel)

  • Keen and enthusiastic

  • Strong communication skills and happy to liaise with customers and suppliers over the telephone

  • Good attention to detail

  • Reliable

Job Description:

Our client is a well-established Manufacturing company.

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Office Administrator to join our client's organisation.

The position will involve answering all incoming telephone calls, together with general administrative duties including dealing with importation paperwork, monitoring customer sales orders and liaising with the factory and suppliers.

Our client has a very stable workforce and offers a fantastic work environment.

They are flexible to look at full days or school hours for this role.
