Position: Office Manager/ PA

Location: Qatar

Salary:  Competitive  

The Company / Office:

-          Well known an established Restaurant Group

-          Covering PA work for MD based in Qatar

The Personal Assistant:

-          Must come with a great and outgoing personality

-          At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position

-          Full responsibility for PA duties including correspondence, minute taking, travel arrangements

-          Must have gained extensive experience with PowerPoint and MS Office

-          Occasional international travel

-          Flexible approach in regard to working hours

-          Easy access to office location

-          General Office management duties including supply ordering, stationary stock, ad hoc duties as required

-          General administrational support to additional senior management on site
