SETTLEMENTS ADMINISTRATOR

Job description:


Core-Asset Consulting's client, an investment management firm in Glasgow, is recruiting for a Settlements Administrator on a 6 month temporary basis.


This is an excellent opportunity to further your operations experience within Glasgow's financial services and investments sector.



Essential:



  • Confident in the use of Excel Spreadsheets and Outlook


Desirable:



  • Educated to degree level

  • Previous settlements or valuations experience

  • Hold of working towards IOC qualification


Core responsibilities:



  • Ensure receipt of accurate trade confirmations from brokers

  • Ensure trade instructions are sent to clients within pre-determined deadlines

  • Maintain internal databases

  • Respond to telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Log, maintain and respond to written client enquiries in a timely manner

  • Adhere to in-house compliance procedures and regulatory guidelines

  • Provide the team manager with weekly management information statistics
