Van Sales Admin

Position: Van Sales Admin

Location: Near Newcastle / Wallsend

Salary: dependent on experience

Benefits: Auto enrol pension.

Holidays 20 days + bank holidays, rising after 5 full years to 25 days

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours)

Breaks: 30 minutes lunch

We are working with a well-established HGV main dealer group who through expansion are now looking to add to their Sales team with a Van Sales Administrator.

You must have previous experience within a similar role working with either car or commercial.

Must be able to multi task, have excellent attention to detail, be confident and able to deal with new challenges.

Ability to deal with people at all levels, work unsupervised.

Key duties will include sourcing vehicles, ordering new vehicles, arranging deliveries, order progressing, invoicing and taxing (AFRL) vehicles, producing reports.

Liaison with customers and suppliers - customer satisfaction is a crucial part of this role.

Good IT skills including Excel, Kerridge if possible & driving license.
