Office Manager / PA

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a candidate to join the team to manage the office and provide support to the Managing Director.

This is a fast paced environment which requires a candidate with a high level of organisational skills.

Our client works within both the professional beauty industry supplying beauty salons (B2B) through national mail order and also provides a managed office service to business clients.

Due to our client's continued expansion we are looking for an Office Manager / PA to the Managing Director.

This role is more dependent on your attitude than your abilities.

Whilst managing the office you will act as the Managing Director's point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.

Working Hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a permanent position.

* Customer service experience


* Some office / estate agency experience


* Commercial agent experience of letting commercial property (offices)


* Some sales background

Tasks are likely to include:



* Overseeing a small in-bound sales desk.


* Devising and maintaining office systems and filing;


* Minute taking and general assistance at meetings;


* Organising, maintaining diaries and making appointments;


* Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Managing Director;


* Carrying out background research and presenting findings (e.g.

Identifying new suppliers and organising quotes);


* Producing documents and reports;


* Organising meetings;


* Liaising with clients and suppliers;


* Carrying out specific projects and research as required;


* Assist with recruiting and training staff and delegating work amongst the team.

The starting salary will be between £23,000 to £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience) along with excellent company benefits including:
