Senior Account Manager

£30-40k DOE plus Bonus, South Bucks

This agency are well established with a loyal client base and 35 full time staff.

They are based in Bucks and widely regarded as the best at what they do while maintaining that family feel.

What do they do?
They are a specialist market research agency that help their clients develop a better understanding of their customers levels of satisfaction through insightful research and evaluation.

This is particularly effective for those industries that sell through one or more channels such as automotive or IT.

The new team member will be responsible for existing and new markets.

At the outset the split between new business and contacting existing clients would be 50/50.

What they would like from you.

  • At least 3-4 years' commercial experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role with at least 2 years agency experience

  • Experience of working towards targets

  • Marketing and/or market research experience preferred

  • Project Management experience preferable

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Ability to present confidently at senior management level

  • Excellent planning & organising and time management skills

  • Numerate - able to manage budgets

  • Ability to create marketing campaigns
